    This book is a very good read, it offers more than most romance novels tend to these days. Great characters, and the story line itself really is great. I saw not ready for this book to end!

    I never go into a book expecting to be yanked into the story and not released. I read a lot of books and most often I am either not interested in the story, or not a fan of the writers prose. This was not the case at all. I stayed up all night to finish this book. I couldn’t put it down. The ending had me in tears. Beautifully written. Will be reading again!

    This book just felt right. Great love story of two people facing incredible, frightening odds together. Seems crazy that the story is so solid with very little dialogue outside Aimee and Tristan. Yea, I loved it.

    My Review 5 stars. An intense plot, lovable characters. Wow. This story was so suspenseful. I loved it. A plane carrying a bride to her wedding goes down in the middle of the Amazon. The plane doesn't have many supplies, so the duo has to find ways to survive until they are found. At every page turn, a new challenge arises making you wonder if they will come out alive. Aimee is admirably strong and resilient. Even when she breaks down and cries, you feel her pain, and she doesn't really come off as annoyingly whiny or prissy (this is good, it made me continue to like her). Tristan, at first is the strong, silent type, but as he opens up, you fall in love with him and admire all that he has survived. The running theme of hope makes you think everything is going to end up okay, but then something happens to make it go away. You will turn the pages faster just to see if they survive long enough to be rescued. And the ending/ epilogue was the perfect ending to the story. I read so many romances that are cookie-cutter: guy meets girl, they can't stand each other, end up falling for each other, resist, and eventually give in... So I was quite surprised and glad that this story didn't follow that formula. I'd have to say, if I wanted anything changed about the story, I would have liked to have seen the fiance's point of view... when the plane went missing, when they set out on the search. Although on the other hand, It added to the suspense of "was anyone even looking for them" so I understand it not being there. I would call this a "must read" for romantic suspense fans, romance lovers who are not looking for something so cookie-cutter as some books may be, and anyone looking to go on an adventure. This was not my first time reading this author, and it definitely won't be the last. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
