    You should get this book! I loved it! I am a big fan of Dr. Aaron Carroll. I read his NYTimes articles, listen to him on StandUp with Pete Dominick, and watch his YouTube show, Healthcare Triage. I’ve also read his other books. In this book Dr. Carroll masterfully decifers the complex world of nutrition. As I read The Bad Food Bible, I felt like I was sitting face to face with Dr. Carroll. This book was very easy to read and super informative! You should definitely get it for yourself and for your friends and family!
